​Visitors to Hill City Wine, Brew & BBQ have the opportunity to mingle with some of the best competition BBQ teams in the region on Elm Street in downtown Hill City. The teams may be busy preparing their entries into the various divisions of the competition or serving their BBQ for the People’s Choice competition.

Stop by one of the bright yellow kiosks to for purchases and more information/ maps.

Live Music is Free to Attend

Event Wristbands are $5 if you would like to purchase beer or wine,  you must have a wristband,  all alcohol needs to be in a event cup,  which will be given when purchasing at the WIne and Brew Trailer

Backyard Rib Fest from 11am-1pm on the lawn of the Hill City Events Center (227 Walnut Ave)  $25.  You will get one each of 12 team’s ribs and vote for your favorite.  Afterwards,  we will crown the People’s Choice Ribfest Champion!

KCBS Pro Sampling/ People’s Choice from 1:45pm-3pm on Saturday.  $2 per token (sold in bags of 5) You can walk the streets of Hill City and meet the Pro’s,  sample their BBQ in exchange for a token (approximately 3 oz of meat per sample)  You will have a ticket also to vote for your favorite.

Expect dozens of regional beers and wines available to wash down the BBQ. There will also be food vendors selling BBQ both days if you miss the People’s Choice or Rib Fest competition.
